Delivery and Returns
Free delivery on orders over £50.00
Orders of £50.00 or under will be charged £3.95 postage and packing
Please allow 2-5 days to receive your order once it has been despatched unless otherwise specified.
Next day delivery items and orders over 2 kgs will be despatched by courier . To avoid delays please provide an address where you can be sure that there will be some one available to sign for the delivery. This is charged at £6.50 per delivery.
Orders will not be despatched over weekends or bank holidays. If an item is not in stock we will advise you by email.
We will automatically despatch all approved orders to UK Mainland destinations, England Scotland and Wales .

For large items we reserve the right to alter these charges. However , we will confirm charges prior to despatch
should they be different from the above.
No goods or postage and packing will be charged to your credit card until the goods have been despatched
Payment
You can either pay by credit or debit card(we accept Switch, Delta,Visa, MasterCard ) We will not deduct any payment from your credit card until such time as we despatch the goods to you.
Returns Policy
We really hope you like what you have ordered from Shoeless Joe Direct BUT if you don't please return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in the original packaging) within 14days of receiving your order.

We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting when you return you parcel , available free at the post office. This will enable us to action your refund even if it is lost in the post.
Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note the delivery charge on your order is non-refundable There is no need to call us Just fill in the returns form and enclose with parcel.
Faulty or damaged goods
We will replace of refund any damaged/faulty item including postage charge)
Please call us to get instructions on how to return damaged items.on 01476 594552 quoting Shoeless Joe Direct or email returns@shoelessjoedirect.com explaining what disaster has struck. You will receive a returns authorisation number.
Faulty of damaged goods cannot be accepted back into the warehouse without an authorisation number
